Functional unit with an old fashioned decor, incredibly welcoming staff from 3 staff members. A patio, a balcony, and a chair available. Particularly good location for enjoying bars and restaurants next door to the hotel.
Cold bathroom.

Pleasant Surprise at One Up!
We had a lovely stay at a warm and cosy room on the 1st floor. The room was not too big, but it had a comfortable queen size bed with clean linen and a clean bathroom with a hot/cold shower. The staff at One Up - Banana Hotel were exceptionally welcoming and Mr. Rith Son went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The hotel also provided a refreshing welcome drink. we had a nice experience and would recommend this hotel.

Location
We arrived at 3 pm but had to wait for more than half an hour until our room was ready. However we saw nobody leaving the hotel during that time. One half of the bed was very soft and lower. So we had to sleep on one side of it. The pillows were hard as stone. No map of the surrounding area available. Staff did not seem well informed about onward travel options.

Great experience! We met all the criteria and would definitely recommend it to our friends. The coffee and goodies at the lone pine cafe were amazing! ☕

Most charming reception staff called Arun. Really genuine and efficient. In the evening, there was another member of staff called William who was also very helpful in showing me good local places to have dinner at.
Took a while to find the place as it is inside a side street and there is a building being constructed on the main street. Shower drainage was poor.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff who helped us with our bags and gave us a tour of the hotel. The warm welcome and refreshing drink made us feel instantly at home. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable - the best we've experienced in our travels around Southeast Asia. It felt like we were staying in a much more expensive hotel.

Good small hotel, I truly enjoyed its very central location near to lost attractions, the best restaurants situated nearby and the many restaurant options around BKK 1.
